Phone interview with the HR / then had to go there for a 1 to 1 interview.
Questions relatively easy regarding financial knowledge, typical questions such as interests and hobbies, working under pressure.
Interview Questions
While this was mostly a back-office / database administration, they also asked technical questions such as:
Derivatives:
1) what would be the maximum potential loss you could endure if you were to sell a call option?
2) what is the difference between a future and a forward?
Fixed Income:
3) do you know how to price a bond?
Commodities:
4) what was the price as of this morning of the brent barrel

5) do you have knowledge of Excel / VBA? (Said I had basics)
how would you use your VBA skills to retrieve pricing data information from Bloomberg?
