Interview
The process was mostly behavioral, nothing too technical. Started by having an informational phone interview. I definitely won a few points by knowing some of the deals the group worked on, and some of the groups they had. They invited me in for a rather informal interview. The group is particularly small, but they seemed to have a good culture. The firm seems antiquated, but it's not a bad bet for a resume bullet.
