Interview
Quick phone call to make sure I was competent (modeling/finance/industry questions). Next I met with a MD and head of group 1 on 1 and it was more of an informal discussion about background and if I would be a good fit. Knew me well from a competitor so nothing too grueling or challenging. More of discussion since they knew me already.
