Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone screening with HR - completely behavioral. 1-1 OCR Interview with a director. Set it up through campus recruiting. Director was male, very friendly. Took a test about markets, including my knowledge of market history. Definitely did not do well as some questions pertained to the 80's and 90's and general market conditions. Some quick math and brain-teasers were also involved. Would recommend brushing up on mental math and understanding bid/ask spreads.
