What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online with a resume drop, and they contacted me for an initial phone call. I talked to an analyst for around 10 minutes (purely behavioral), before they transferred me to a VP and associate. I was then contacted by an analyst 2 months later with a phone call that was almost entirely behavioral. Overall, a 2-3 month process with no final offer.
