The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview Questions
There was nothing unexpected. Most the process consisted of fit questions after a few basic rounds of basic technical questions. They were more concerned with trying to figure out if I really wanted to do the job I was interviewing for. The questions included things like "why do you want to work for this company", "why do you want to work in this line of business", "what are three of your biggest weaknesses", and "what are some of your greatest strengths". I was also asked "where do you see yourself in ten years"

Interview
First round was on campus. Second round I was invited to go back to the company to meet the broader team. Finally, they narrow it down to two candidates that must present to the senior members of the organization and select one of the two candidates. There was some technical questioning during the interviews but not overly extreme. Primarily they are measuring for fit, ability to articulate arguments / thoughts clearly, and maturity / common sense.
Interview Questions
The presentation is probably the most difficult. It will show if you don't prepare. Try to avoid pitching an investment idea unless you know its a very good one - otherwise you will be picked apart and not sound intelligent. Remember this is their day job and you have spent very little time in comparison in this field.
