Interview Questions
Fairly straightforward. Applied online and had an interview offer within two weeks. The interview were two FIT interviews back to back with two higher ups in the New York office. Interviews were pretty straightforward, mostly questions about previous experiences, familiarity with software, my interest in the position and the firm. No brain teasers, but others were asked basic ones.

Why Eze? Why fintech?
Explain what EZE software does and who its clients are?
Why do you want to work here?

Interview
I applied through my university careers website and had an on campus interview. I had two back to back behavioral interviews with two different people.
Interview Questions
The entire interview was pretty straight forward. Both guys asked to walk me through my resume, and then moved into why I was interested in the company, asked about what they do/who their clients are, etc. Most of the questions were focused on my experience with software/computer science courses. One of the stranger questions asked was how do I typically learn and master a new software, which I didn't really see as relevant to the interview. Overall, nothing too out of the ordinary for a behavioral. Be prepared for one or two brain teasers as well.

Interview
Applied online with some help from my career services. Was contacted fairly quickly to set up a phone screening interview to go over my background and my interest in the company. The next step was a skype interview with two of the hiring managers from the GCTS division. Again the questions were more fit based, walking me through my resume and asking me why I was interested in Eze. Unlike some other interviewers I was not asked any brainteasers. Final Interview was in Boston with 4 managing directors. Questions were exactly the same as in the skype interview with the addition of what makes you stand out from the other candidates. Again no brain teasers asked in this round.
Interview Questions
None were really unexpected. Being able to differentiate yourself from other candidates without saying smart, hardworking, etc took a little thought. Other questions were are you proud of you GPA, what are some of your weaknesses, all were behavioral. Understanding the companies product was a little difficult so make sure you research and understand that before the interview.

Background Check
Interview
Process begins with an initial phone screen where a recruiter runs through some basic fit stuff (why this company, why this particular program). Sometimes there's a one on one in person either at their Boston or Chicago offices, but this doesn't always happen. Finally is the superday where you are brought in to speak with people from the departments you will be rotation through. This is a financial services/tech company and they do a lot of the BO to MO services of buy side and sell side clients from trade settlement, transfer agency, to custody stuff. As such, a lot of the superday interviewers are from biz dev or quality assurance type roles.
Interview Questions
There was a case study where a boutique asset manager was trying to outsource its BO and MO services to save costs. The candidate was asked to present why the AM should pick Eze over other local competitors such as STT or BNY Mellon and had to discuss things like the margins and have a basic understanding of the Eze software suite.
