The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
As this was a lateral hire as an experienced associate, the process was somewhat long, and the firm took its time getting to know me. Standard phone interview to start things off, then in and out of their office for several rounds of interviews, consisting of both one-on-one and group interviews. Further, I had several phone conversations with Partners in-between the in- person visits. Overall I would say I met with approximately 10 or 12 people, and had multiple interviews with each person. Again, as I have some experience, the technical aspect of the interview process focused mostly on specifics of my deals/transaction experience. Be prepared to have detailed conversations about any deals on your resume. There was also extreme emphasis placed on fit/personality - so be prepared to sell them on why you want to work there specifically, why banking, why philly, etc. Also a lot of psycological / personality type questions. Further, again as an experienced associate, they put a lot of emphasis on career goals / trajectory, views on specific industries, approach to managing deals etc. I think there would be less of this at the analyst level... but at any boutique, they want to make sure you'll fit with the culture. Overall very positive experience.
