Business Leadership Intern Interview - Operations
Recruiter Interview - Generalist
I was not expecting any of the assessments either. They test your writing skills, excel skills, and give you a personality assessment. Drug and background checks are very thourogh. Other than that, it is mostly behavioral questions. They aren't too bad. Ask you about all your past experiences and how the skills you got there will help you with the job you're interviewing for. As long as you are nice and friendly and appear to fit the company culture, you'll be fine.
Intern Interview - Financial Institutions Group (FIG)
They asked a lot about leadership. They also asked why I wanted to work here and how they would benefit if I worked there. They gave me some background information about the internship such as the time and duties and pay. Only about 4 very short questions were asked, basic behavioral and leadership questions.
Overall, interviewers were very cold.
