1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round was just general Q&A about candidate’s background, followed by some discussion about the markets. Prepare a stock pitch in advance. HR replies very quickly and was very helpful. I believe there were approximately 400 applicants for the summer 2023 position.
