Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I was interviewed on campus one on one with an analyst. It was very conversational and he pretty much just asked for my run down of my resume and my thoughts on the economy. I was contacted for a super day in Richmond which consisted of two one on two interviews and three one on one interviews. No technical interview questions were asked.
Interview Questions
The most difficult interview question asked was "how does a bank make money?". The question overall was very easy and they did not expect me to go very in depth. I was also asked about why I specifically wanted to work in the FIG group. I was also asked what main methods I would use to value a company and wasn't expected to go very in depth. Other questions that I was asked to answer included:

Why do you want to work in Richmond?
Do you mind that you won't be working in the headquarters?
How did you decide to attend your university?
Why did you choose the majors that you chose?

Dropped off my resume, and was notified about 2 weeks later that I was going to interview on campus.
Interview Questions
The questions were mostly behavioral with a few technical questions thrown in. It might be because I am an Economics major and not a finance major, but the technical questions were mostly about Economics.

Will the Feds increase the rate?

What is the 10 year Treasury note?

Would you expect the 30 year bond rate to be higher or lower?

How does a bank make money?

How has the rest of the recruitment gone?

Are you only looking at Investment Banking internships?
