1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Hiring consisted of first round phone call with a junior associate that was very amicable and ended with that associate saying the recruiter would set up a time to come into the office. Second (and final) round consisted of 5 or 6 20-30min one on one interviews that were focused on my interest in the firm and group without any behavioral or skill questions. Senior partner called with the offer the following day.
