The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Interview
Hiring consisted of first round phone call with a junior associate that was very amicable and ended with that associate saying the recruiter would set up a time to come into the office. Second (and final) round consisted of 5 or 6 20-30min one on one interviews that were focused on my interest in the firm and group without any behavioral or skill questions. Senior partner called with the offer the following day.
Interview Questions
This being an entry level law firm interview, the interview questions were a joke relative to a corporate or investment banking interview. To get the interview, you have to have high enough grades from a good enough school as the firm assumes you'll be smart enough to do grammar edits for two years if your grades are high enough. Questions are rarely about actual legal knowledge (which I think is a mistake) and also almost never include any traditional 'behavioral' questions.

The only question that was remotely difficult was: Why law and why this type of law? (Given that the true answer was, I went to law school for three years for this and I'll be damned if those three years were a waste even if I'd rather be working in lev fin at a BB.)

Interview
The interview process was very typical for a Biglaw recruiting process. They come on campus for first rounds 30 min interview. They then fly you out for half day interview in Chicaog.
Interview Questions
There were not any non-standard questions. As with all law firm interview, they are mostly conversation about what you would like to do and why you want to come to their firm.
Just be honest and excited about the law firm. If you are truly interested in the firm, it will show.
