Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interviewed for the Private Credit team. Overall the interview process was straightforward - a first round technical screen, followed by another technical phone screen and a behavioral fit interview. The superday process involved an initial group interview, followed by in-person 4-hour case study where we were provided a CIM and term sheet, and made to prepare a model and presentation for the same initial group.

Decisions were handed out within 24 hours. The culture was fantastic - the team here is very sharp and diverse, and associates in the bullpen generally seemed happy and social.

importantly, it seemed that they are very focused on cultural fit (assuming you have excellent technical skills)
