The Partners focus on making expansion and buy-out investments in Polish lower and midcap enterprises. Typically, Krokus invests between EUR 3 - 15 million in a single company as majority or significant minority shareholder with an investment time horizon of 3 to 5 years before exit. Larger investments are considered on selective basis. No investments in start-up or early stage companies are considered.
