Interview
Applied online through Handshake. One phone screen with a recruiter then a "superday" with two interviews with some senior people. Whole process took about a month between the submission and getting the offer. A couple of minor technical questions about accounting/insurance. Otherwise all behavioral and background.
Interview Questions
A couple of situational questions with options that you could choose from, almost like a verbal multiple choice test. Along the lines of "if you had a problem collecting data and you knew a project was going to be late would you a) tell your manager, b) ask a colleague for a hand, or c) work late to finish the project on time"

Interview
The interview started with an introductory phone call with a recruiter and then proceeded to a super day with ~20 other candidates. They took us out for lunch as a group and included current analysts and associates. We got 30 minutes with 4 different interviewers. The first two asked fit questions. The third was a current analyst who took me to his desk and showed me what he was working on. The fourth interviewer was an actuary who asked a lot of technical questions.

They called back a week later to give their decision.

Interview
First interview was all behavioral and informational, as I was wondering which of LMI's programs was worth pursuing. We then agreed on a program, the FMP. I applied for the FMP online after that and completed a case online. In person, we had two behavioral interviews. The basic stuff -- know basic accounting and know your resume. Why LMI, etc.
Interview Questions
They asked a combined total of two technical questions. One was to describe the financial statements. That was pretty simple. The next was to describe what happens when buying inventory on account, and when does the revenue become recognized. Also they asked why LMI, how does insurance make money. If you spend 20+ min researching you should be able to do well in the interview. Look at their competitors performance, look at the industry trends, keep up with the news. The interviewers were friendly.

Had a short phone interview asking me about specific point on my resume, and then was invited to the office for an in-person interview. A lot of focus placed on my previous experience with excel and technology in general, wanted to know what kind of work environment I liked.
Interview Questions
They asked me about my previous experience with excel as an open ended question. Once I spoke about how I had some experience with the program, asked me for specific projects I had completed and what some of the functions I was familiar with. Once I gave a few examples they asked me about specific functions to see if I knew what they were and what my level of comfortability was.
Past the specific questions, they asked me about the type of work environment I preferred, and what type of supervisors I enjoyed learning from.

Interview
I applied online and then received a phone interview. It was a simple behavioral interview. Then, went in and received two rounds. 1st round was simple behavioral. 2nd round was a case analysis.
Interview Questions
They did a good job preparing you well of what to expect. It was strange because the business is insurance but the questions reflected something of consulting. As a result, I was initially caught off guard, but as you walk through the process and think out loud, it was fairly easy. The interviewers are lenient on time and you can ask them questions. They only expect you to think through it carefully and talk out loud of your processing of achieving your goal. The rest was just behavioral questions and hence were easy to address since many are found online.

The interviewing process was alright, I lived in hong kong at the time so i interviewed over skype and the recruiter was nice.
Interview Questions
I wasn't expecting some of the questions that I received from the recruiter about how i worked in the workplace and I was generally inexpeienced with some parts of my resume that I definitely could've explained better. However, I was only in the first round so the questions i received weren't particularly difficult but they definitely coul;d've been harder in case studies that I know people receive during superdays at Liberty mutual. Overall, the experience was definitely better than I anticipated.

I was asked to explain a time when I used a specific technology on a project. I was specifically interested in software development role so they followed up with specific questions about the technology I was using. I had to explain how the technology worked and how I used it in the context of the project I was describing. Overall they seemed supportive and generally curious about the things I was describing. Then they asked me about what my ideal role would be. They seemed to want me to identify which part of their product I was be most able to contribute towards.
