Interview
Applied online then was asked to take a generic IQ and personality test. Received a phone interview after where the interviewer asked some basic fit questions. Didn't hear back for over a month. Then, received an email asking me to complete an excel test. The test consisted of analyzing data from private investments and calculating some metrics like MOIC and IRR (was a straightforward test where you had to use functions like sumif, vlookup, indexmatch, IRR). Received an email back in 3 weeks to schedule a group interview. Two rounds of group interviews with 2 people each where they just ask fit questions to see if you'd fit in their culture.
