Interview
Submitted resume online but did not reach out to anyone so I was surprised to get a first round interview. First round phone interviews were followed by a superday in Baltimore and successful candidates would receive SA offers.
Interview Questions
Interview consisted of me telling my story and then the interviewer talking about M&T-more like an informational interview than a "true" interview.

Most difficult part was actually before the interview-I had trouble preparing for this interview because there isn't a lot of info about M&T's investment bank available.
