Skills Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
During the interview process I talked to 4 people (2 analysts and 2 associates).
Interview 1 (analyst): Motivation, plenty of brainteasers, some accounting and general questions on finance and economics (e.g. stock recommendations, ecb, etc.)
Interview 2 (analyst): Testing my English skills (small talk about random topics)
Interview 3 (associate): Valuation (DCF and multiples) and accounting
Interview 4 (associate): Motivation and valuation (15 minutes) and then an excel based test (math, valuation and some accounting)
