1) I initially contacted them after they visited my university campus to give a presentation.

2) I was invited to their offices for a first round interview with three members of the team where my motivation and past experience were evaluated.

3) I was invited to a second round interview consisting of the following four tasks a) initial panel interview; b) timed numerical/ mathematical evaluation; c) practical trading application introduction and evaluation; d) discussion of completed research task.
