Interview
Applied through my college job sharing website. Received an two weeks later email to organize a phone interview within three days. Phone interview was very straight forward, was told a bit about the company first and was only asked about my background and resume. Nothing technical, and took less than 30 minutes. Quite informal.
Interview Questions
The first question which I was asked was what I knew about the company. My first reaction was this was a trick question to see whether I did any research or preparation, but the interview assured me that he was just curious. I explained what I had seen on their website for a couple of minutes before the interview went into a more in depth explanation of the day to day responsibilities of associates, and what the company did in general. The next question was to walk them through my background and resume. Very straight forward, only asked one question about a previous job, which was easy to answer. There were no technical questions at all. After 20 minutes, the interview was done and I asked one question to fill the remaining time.

1 on 1 Interview
Interview
It started out by applying through my university's online job board. Afterwards, a person reached out to me from HR and set up my first interview with an associate at the firm. Was then invited in to the office for an in person interview, which was an informal (meaning they didn't really call it a) superday. Interviewed with four people.
Interview Questions
They didn't ask anything technical, but they went deep into your resume and pushed on certain technical aspects of it (i.e. asked about what your favorite finance class was, why so, and what was one thing you learned from it...proceeded to grill you based on your response).
