First step was a hireview through campus recruiting website. Pretty basic behavioral questions and one specifically about HR consulting. Then was 1st round behavioral interview on campus, consisting of mainly fit and behavioral questions. Last round was a superday and was more relaxed than I expected. Got to speak with a lot of the members. There was one case but it was not that bad.

Interview
2 on 1 interview. Pretty relaxed. Mix of finance based questions and general resume questions. I applied via on campus recruiting and there was just one round of interviews. Overall, I felt really good about my interview. I'm not too sure why I didn't get an offer.
Interview Questions
What is a book you have read recently? This was just unexpected. I wasn't sure whether I should say a finance book or literary fiction. I just said 1 of each type though.
How would a financial companies income statement differ from a manufacturing company? A lot of accounting questions and even walk me through a DCF. I think I got a lot of technical questions because I spoke to the interviewer prior to the interview and asked him about preparation for technical questions.
