I got the initial interview through a mix of OCR and extensive networking with Moelis employees. The interview process involved a one-on-one phone interview, and then a 2-hour superday in the office with one-on-one and group interviews. Phone interview was nearly all technical with relatively difficult questions that were more out of the box than other banks' questions, which continued during the superday, albeit with a bit more fit questions.
