Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process was more or less straight forward. Following a phone interview, I met with their in house recruiter, who asked me some questions about my background, and gave me some more information regarding the position and what was expected of me. However, it was certainly less about my prior achievements, skills and background and more about how willing was I to hustle and stay on the phone all day long.
