no set interview i just got the job from a connection and seemed like there was no clear program for interns.

there were no difficult questions as there was no interview per say-- if you know someone in the bank or someone who knows someone in the bank, you're set. hr was extremely helpful and sweet though and just tried making me feel as comfortable as possible which was really sweet considering i was a struggling college sophomore looking to find anything i could to make money this summer. i was given an opportunity at a location i could not commute to and was offered a position at an even more convenient location.
