Interview was consistent with other prop shop interviews. Started with an interview on campus with two traders. Asked a couple of probability / mental math problems. I was then invited to interview in their office in Chicago. The interviews consisted of an afternoon of meeting with traders and answering brain teasers / probability questions. Nothing too difficult - mostly stuff you could find in Heard on the Street (at least that level of difficulty).

I applied online and the recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone interview. It consisted mostly of questions about technology experience (how familiar you are with Excel/what did you use it for etc.). Standard why Invesco question too. Surprisingly, there were no situational questions.

One 30 min phone interview with associate, one 90 minute phone interview with VP, 60 min writing test, 60 min modeling test, final round in office consisting of 3 1v1 interviews (2 associates, 1 VP) and lunch with 2 analysts. Overall, very extensive process. The people were very nice and it's was clear they really care about bringing in the right people (very small firm).

Had introductory phone interview with 2nd year Associate in the Asset Backed FInance group of Wells Fargo. That led direclty to a 2 day superday event. First event consisted of a group dinner in which I had to socialize with Managing Directors, Associates, and VPs.
