The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Everyone is very interesting and friendly, and they expect you to be on your a-game in terms of how you present yourself and answer interview questions. I had a few rounds of telephone interviews, at the end of which I received an offer (which I took over a couple others, due to the fantastic deal flow and great group culture).

Interview
I was contacted via an online application I had submitted and initially had a 30 min phone interview with one of their analysts. This was followed up by another phone interview later on in the week with a VP.

After the second phone interview I was invited to interview on-site and had all my flight arrangements taken care of by one of the company's assistants.

I flew to the offices on a Friday and took a cab from the airport (which was later reimbursed) and was told I would be interviewing with the whole group's team from 2-5PM in 30 minute slots (six people total). Two of the bankers were away from the office so these were conducted over the phone but the other four in-person. The interviews were all conducted one-on-one in one of the firm's side rooms.

Generally speaking, I was asked about my prior work experience, my interests in technology and why I wanted to work for a smaller boutique firm. I don't recall being asked any challenging technical questions.

Interview Questions
I remember being asked questions virtually standard to banking interviews. (Tell me about your background, work experience, why us, etc). It seemed like they were more focused on fit as I don't recall being asked many technicals.
