Summer Analyst

Initially I attended the summer social event in Minneapolis and then was given a phone interview for about two weeks later. I believe everyone at the event was given a phone interview. My phone interview consisted of only "tell me about yourself", though I know others were asked more technical questions. After that I was invited to a superday where I had seven 30 minute interviews. I found out later that day that I had an offer. I had done quite a bit of networking with people at the firm and had attended several on campus events so I think my phone interview may have been more basic.
