The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

I sent a resume after visiting the company's website's career page, then had two phone interviews with the Director, then the Managing Partner. They asked for me to walk them through my resume for most of both interviews. Additionally, they asked me how I envisioned I could add value to the firm.

Interview
I had initially discovered the opportunity through my school's career site (NYU). Despite not hearing back after my first attempt at applying, I eventually found a mutual friend working at PCM and reached out to him. After hearing feedback about my resume, I reapplied and was contacted for an interview. They first reached out to me by phone and had a brief chat and eventually told me that they wanted me to come in the following week. The interview was all behavioral considering I was only a freshman at the time and they didn't expect much from me. However, some of the behaviorals were tough (at the time).
Interview Questions
Since most of the questions were mainly behaviorals, the interviewer asked me to walk her through my resume. The hard part, however, was relating everything I had done back to the position that I was applying for. It's recommended that before going in for the interview, that you understand every responsibility/role in the internship and have a good reason as to why you can fulfill those roles.
Another question that stood out was how I was able to contribute value to their firm. They mentioned that my responsibilities would vary at times; they wanted to see that during times of lesser activity, that I would be proactive and take an initiative and to seek out work/advice. I approached this question by relating back to my resume/work experience as well as my leadership in high school.

The first interview was with a partner at the company, which consisted of mostly behavioral questions / questions about my resume and background. The second interview was with the managing partner of the firm. This interview was similar to the first, with mostly fit/behavioral questions that allowed the interviewer to judge my character.
