Interview
I was able to land an interview through a family connection. Interviewed in May for a Fall Co-Op. Interview took about two hours with three different employees. A few basic technical questions. Mostly wanted to see how much I knew about the firm and my thoughts on a few macro trends. So far it's been great, smart people and always busy.
Interview Questions
The most difficult questions in the interview was how would I value a London-based security company that specializes in video surveillance and asset transportation. Also walk me through to free cash flow the second I sat down through me off. Other questions consisted of what I thought about future gas prices and oil companies in the next two years. In terms of the London-based security firm, I said I would analyze growth opportunities for the firm and potential roll-ups and technology advances for improving their business. The firm has over forty investments therefore preparing for the interview was somewhat hard.
