Intern Interview - Management Consulting
2) There were 12 applicants in total at the interview day. We were given a general introduction to Roland Berger, covering their business functions, culture, retention programs, etc., for 60 minutes.
3) We were assigned to different rooms for 1-on-1 interviews, totaling 3 interviews:
A) Personal fit: involved running through my CV, my motivation for consulting, numerous behavioral questions, what differentiates me from other applicants, etc., lasting 60 minutes.
B) Quantitatively focused case study with a brief verbal presentation of the results in English (the interview was conducted in German) - 60 minutes.
C) Qualitatively focused case study with a brief verbal presentation of the results in English (the interview was conducted in German) - 60 minutes.
4) After waiting for 1-2 hours, I was invited back into a room and received an offer then and there. 3 out of 12 applicants received offers.
