My interview process included a phone interview with the managing director of the firm. Afterwards. I was asked to go in-person to meet more individuals one-on-one at the firm in order to get some face time with more people. Questions with each individual ranged from basic behavioral questions, to technical and brain teaser questions.

There wasn't anything too out of the ordinary to honest with you. It was all 400 guide things you should already know. I would brush up on accounting to make sure you can handle more than one change. They will dive into your resume so be sure to be able to speak to what you put down or you will get dinged. Other than that, just keep reviewing the guide, use wall street prep or BIWS to watch some videos on how its done and you will be good! Other than that, make sure you're a great fit. These small places want cool people.
