The Company commenced its business on 10 Muharram 1429 (19 January 2008). The Company's paid up capital is five hundred million Saudi Riyals divided into 50,000,000 shares of SAR 10 each. Samba Capital has no subsidiary and is 100 % owned and directly controlled by Samba Financial Group which is a listed joint stock company incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
