Background Check
Interview
Applied through a university program that offered off-cycle internships. Application to the program consisted of essays, submitting transcripts, and in-person interviews. Once accepted to the program, I applied to Shore and after 3 months. I heard back for a first round behavioral interview. Mainly fit questions and the typical "why private equity?" Second round interview was a bit longer and also had some fit/behavioral questions, but the interviewer also asked some questions about my investing experience and what tools/methodologies I used to develop investment ideas.
Interview Questions
Tell me something that's not on your resume.

Given the standard interview questions, I wasn't necessarily expecting this question from the interviewers. However, it's still a question that everyone should be prepared for.
