The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Interview was fairly straight forward. Consisted of initial phone interview to determine passion for real estate, and get an idea of my experiences in the industry. After, it moved onto several one on one interviews in the office. First, with the associate I'd be working with. This was a get to know you and to again judge my passion and hunger for the role. Next, I met with the main MD who would hire me. This was to learn more about the strategy for the office and the firm. Finally, I had to meet with the branch manager to get his approval. This was again, more informal and a get to know you, plus he provided insight into the history of the firm.

Networked into interview, began with a phone interview to feel out and get a general idea of the position and fit. Went in and met with other people I'd be working with 1 on 1 and in groups.
