The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Recruiter from the firm contacted me via LinkedIn. I had a phone interview with the recruiter for the position of a manager. This was for a person with 10 years of experience so I think they were not happy with my experience being mostly in engineering for 6 years and 0 years finance (I'm trying to career change).
Mostly behavioral interview questions. What would you do in this situation? Describe resume.
Interview Questions
There were no unexpected questions. I was interviewing for a manager position and I am going through a career change so I dont think there was any way that they would have selected me. They asked me several different questions regarding finance tools I have used but I had not used any of them.
They wanted someone who has used VBA and excel macros, which I had. They wanted to know how comfortable I was with using powerpoint. That was all fine, but I dont think it was a good fit in the end because they needed someone with more experience.
