Interview
Applied online. Brief phone screen with a recruiter, then a second phone interview with a manager. Manager asked questions regarding technical and behavioral fit. Nothing too difficult. Heard back within a week that they had gone with other candidates. The manager seemed to identify quickly that my background wasn't exactly what they were looking for.
Interview Questions
Nothing was too difficult, at least at the phone interview stage. Standard behavioral questions revolved around fit within a team, areas that I felt I needed to improve, and thoughts on working in a setting with uneven hours and tight deadlines.

Technical questions focused on background rather than case/sample problems. Things like what sort of modeling do you do, your exposure to various parts of a deal process and how you go about approaching them, how you would value a company, ect. Again, nothing too technical in the phone interview.

Interview
Recruitment process had multiple phases consisting of phone screens and in person interviews. Phone interview was conducted by a regional manager and in person interviews were led by multiple finance managers.
Interview Questions
Interview questions were very straight forward for campus recruiting. Interviewers started by asking foundational behavioral questions and slowly progressed towards small technical questions. Question examples include:
1) How can we expand our market share without sacrificing profitability?
2) Do you think we should offer earthquake insurance in high risk zones?
3) How do you think transportation will evolve in the future?
4) What could cause frequency and severity to increase? Are they correlated?
