Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A consultant from the Philadelphia office interviewed 8 students on campus for 2 available positions. The interview lasted 45 minutes. I was asked only behavioural questions, no technical questions. My interviewer was nice and it was a comfortable interview. The other individual who recieved the offer and I were both given the choice of working in NYC, Philadelphia, Boston or Denver. I chose Boston and the other guy chose NYC. We were also offered a $1000 per month housing stipend (which was a taxable benefit) and our flights were covered.
