Interview
Made initial application which included series of competency type questions alongside the more traditional CV and cover letter. Received an email from the firm confirming they had received my application and would review it and get back to me. After 2 weeks, I was invited to sit online tests, both numerical and logical. After sitting these, my test scores were reviewed and about 3 weeks later I was asked to sign up for a telephone interview slot. The interviewer was very friendly and asked a series of competency based questions, looking for examples of times I had demonstrated certain key skills. I was also asked about my motivation for applying to the firm and the particular business area. I passed the interview but pulled out of the process after this stage (prior to the final assessment centre) because I received an offer from another firm.

Recruiters came to my school and we had a two-on-one interview. They chose six-ten students to go up to their San Francisco office for an interview. Everything was fully compensated, and they put us up in a very fancy hotel. We had a group introduction, then we were each assigned an office. Consultants rotated through the offices and asked typical interview questions. I later heard that I did not receive an offer.
Interview Questions
What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses? I don't remember any of the other questions that were asked.

Interview
I applied through a job positing on my school's career website. I got an invitation to a phone interview about 2 months later, which I thought was very late. The initial phone screen was by a mid-level/senior manager of the group I applied for. I was invited to an on-site interview several days later.
Interview Questions
I had five 30-minute interviews back-to-back during the super day. There wasn't any technical questions. It was mostly behavioral questions plus some simple case studies. For the behavioral questions, they asked a lot about teamwork experience, why TW, why executive compensation.
For the case studies, they show you graphs and let you explain to them what you learn from the graphs. The graphs were not hard at all, but be sure to articulate and show confidence.
