Brief phone screen from HQ after submitting online application followed by two rounds of in person interviews. Each round consisted of two interviews. The first round interviews were each with two people from different departments (credit, traders, finance, risk, etc). The second round interviews were each with one person (higher up, dept head). Not everyone sees the same interviewers (3 or 4 interviewer groups, you see 2) and some interviewers teleconferenced in from other locations.

Interview notes are sent back to HQ (Geneva) and candidates are contacted by HQ after each round. Very prompt replies. Interviews were almost all fit although different people seem to have had different experiences.

It seemed like a very friendly atmosphere in general.
