Technology Associate Program

Applied online through Handshake after an invitation. First step was a case study where you answer open ended questions about how to streamline the portfolio management process through technology. Invited to a Super Day at Wellington headquarters in Boston, which consisted of ~6 hours of 9 interviews with various employees both up and down the chain. The interview were mostly fit questions, with a few questions feeling out your tech knowledge. Everyone was incredibly nice and it was easy to get comfortable with the flow. However, I did not receive an offer. The office was much more casual than I had anticipated, given their reputation for over the top formality. That seems to be changing, especially on the technology side.
