Interview
Recruiter contacted me with information about the firm. First had a phone screen with hiring manager...pretty straightforward and easy, based on your resume. Then came in for a on-site interview, lasted the whole day. They asked questions about basic probability, basic math and logic (brainteasers), and I had a quant test (pretty straightforward if you've read Heard on the Street and the like). Went well, so got called in for a second round. Second round was more focused on programming and "fit". Then had a final round with the MD of the firm.
