EY Management Consulting Pay
Hi everyone,
Just wanted to ask to see if anyone knows - what does EY's compensation look like after a few years on the job? For example, if I was to be promoted to a Senior Consultant after two years working as a consultant out of Undergrad (pre-MBA), what would compensation be?
Any information here would be helpful.
Thanks
Across Big4 its going to vary widely based on which group you are in for example transactions / advisory / IT / Strategy etc.
IguanaMama_1 , thanks for the reply. Do you know what it would be for strategy / advisory?
Depending on the exact team, firm performance and personal performance total comp should be somewhere between $130K and $200K total for US offices.
Thanks Stonedawgrunaway , is this without MBA?
There's no way it's that high for someone two years out of undergrad. How was much your starting salary? That is the most important piece of information if you want a good estimate.
ConsultingMonkey04 , call it $65-75K starting right out of undergrad
Just for clarity you're referring to EY's implementation consulting team and not EY-Parthenon - is that correct?
@Koan, that's right. Not EY-Parthenon. Think along the lines of Customer Practice, etc.
EY non-Parthenon is close to 70-80k base, with like 10% bonuses, out of UG.
Do you know what it would be after you get promoted to Senior Management Consultant?
