MBB/B4 Advice Needed / Non-Target Sophomore

Hello everyone, long time lurker first time poster ( had to make an account and all ). I'll cut straight to it.

Tutoring Business ( Owner ): 4 Figures, 60% retention / referral rate, brought together students / other tutors and kept a %. ( Est Sep 2020 )
Launching clothing brand soon.
Potentially a search fund / very boutique consulting unpaid internship starting mid Jan 2022.
Networking :
Reached out to 100+ Alumni at MBB/B4, 15 Coffee Chats, 4 Referrals / Resume Pushes. 20 Recruiter Reach outs, 2 Coffee Chats, 1 Resume Push.
Reached out to all boutique consulting firms, PE, IB, VC, everything.
Sent >50 applications to summer internships ( 2022 ). 1 Interview ( B4 Advisory ), 3 Rejections. Should be hearing back from the remaining apps soon.
Now that I've summarized my stats and achievements, here's my question : what the hell else do I do to get a MBB/B4 internship? I got into all the Canadian targets but couldn't go / can't transfer there now. I know I'm doing a lot, but I'm balancing it all quite well, alongside case interview prep. I know I have to work harder than everyone else to get into MBB/B4, but I'm just wondering what else I could do to boost my odds. I am VERY open to doing off-cycle internships as well, I'll be doing 2-3 courses a semester until I graduate.
Any and all advice is appreciated, thank you.

First of all, you have seriously impressive accomplishments. Congrats.

I landed MBB out of an American non-target as the first person to work there directly out of my school; it's hard but possible. Your networking will help - keep in touch with everyone at least every 6 months via email. As for landing the role - consider MBB/B4 FT offer an end-game. Don't feel stressed if you can't get an internship offer, they usually go to target candidates because of pre-existing pipelines. If you can't get a decent consulting internship for the summer, go for something quantitative (business analytics, banking, etc.). Keep working on your startups and be able to expand on those KPIs in your resume and cover letters.

Also, when it's time to apply, ask your contacts to refer you (even if they did for the internship apps) and if you can put their names on your application. If there's nowhere on the app to put their names, email a recruiter to ensure they know people are pulling for you - sometimes they have to do it on the back end.

Feel free to PM, happy to talk more.
