PwC Vs IMS

I have offers from PwC-Healthcare (Operation) Vs IMS consulting NYC to join post-MBA (top 10 US business school). Both the offers are for NY city. I have 6 years of pharmaceutical experience of scientific position at one of the top 3 big pharmaceutical companies before business school.

My long term goal (as of now, may change) is to be in business development/ licensing group in one of the pharmaceutical company.

I would highly appreciate if people can express their views on type of work in the firms, breadth of work, brand, exit option and traveling aspects at PwC and maybe comparative view between IMS and PwC.
