Senior Partner McKinsey Conversation

Hello,

I recently reached out to and had a conversation with a Senior Partner at McKinsey through alumni connections. I’ll only be a freshmen in college in the fall but I was best wondering how to best keep in touch with him over the next couple of years so that I can develop a good relationship before asking for any favors. I’m looking to break into consulting at least as a starting point in a couple of years. I know the standard stuff but was just wondering if anyone had any advice beyond the mundane or obvious.

Thanks

There is a reason the obvious is mundane and obvious, it's because it works.

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.
