Two Non-Consulting Offers, which is better to leverage into Consulting

I'm a junior at a non-target. Am interested in working at consulting for Big 4 or Accenture right out of college. Was late to the game for recruiting so I have no consulting internship offers. I do have consulting experience at a no-name IT consulting firm for 2 summers.

I've got an offer for a Planning Analyst Internship at Target working with one of the product groups. Seems like mostly Supply Chain. The other offer is Medtronic, Summer Finance Associate. I asked to be placed in one of the FP&A roles.

Which is better, any help would be greatly appreciated.
