Update on Consulting Firms that Sponsor H1b and Accepts F1 Students

Hi Everyone,

I have searched numerous forums and this website, but the majority of the information is outdated. Especially since 2019, and the recent complications due to COVID-19, some companies have changed their policies. I was wondering if there is an update on whether the following firms sponsor or not. Thank you for the help!

MBB is known to sponsor, so they can be ignored for the purposes of this post.

McKinsey: Yes
Bain: Yes
BCG: Yes

Please provide more color on these companies. (Feel free to discuss more firms)

Deloitte Consulting
Parthenon (EY)
PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory
A.T. Kearney
Roland Berger
Oliver Wyman
Booz Allen Hamilton
Navigant
BDO Consulting
Capgemini Consulting
L.E.K. Consulting

Deloitte Consulting just stopped sponsoring, PwC only sponsors for tech consulting, ATK does not sponsor. EY sponsors for all divisions though

Most Helpful

Deloitte Consulting - No
Parthenon (EY) - Yes
PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory - S& sponsors at all levels, a bit more nuanced for PwC. One of the posters above posted the link to their comprehensive policy
A.T. Kearney - EDIT: No for undergrads, Yes for MBA
Roland Berger - No
Oliver Wyman - No
Booz Allen Hamilton - Not for consulting roles
Navigant - No
BDO Consulting - Not sure
Capgemini Consulting - Not sure, but aren't they one of the infamous H1-B factories to begin with?
L.E.K. Consulting - Yes at the MBA level, not sure about undergrad

A.T. Kearney on my school's website. Seems like they do not sponsor.

"Kearney must consider current u.s. immigration rules and obligations for our full-time entry level roles, especially where visa sponsorship is required. for this reason, we are unable to consider business analyst candidates that require visa sponsorship now or in the future, this includes stem opt extensions. "

That's great and I'll make sure to email them to inquire more, but CRA has 0 counts of past H1B sponsorships so I just assumed they wouldn't.

There are a bunch of specialist consulting firms that sponsor:

(Supply Chain - GEP, OMP, Chainalytics, DHL consulting)

(Financial services- Novantas, Cornerstone Research, NERA, Berkeley Research Group)

(Analytics - Mastercard Advisors, End - End Analytics, Tredence, Fractal)

(Healthcare - Axtria, ZS, IQVIA)

Does anybody know whether Accenture hires F-1 undergrads w/ STEM OPT? Specifically this is for End-To-End Analytics which they acquired a few yrs ago and operates as a business unit within the larger Acc org
