Big 4 CF vs RX (Non Big4)

Hi all,

I recently received an offer for a Big 4 CF and a RX in a Financial Advisory firm called Borrelli Walsh. They're quite new (15 yrs) and they claimed they're pretty big in Asia.

Ultimately my career goal is to get into IBD. What I understand, IB has M&A and RX divisions anyway. Now would it be impossible to move from a "boutique" Financial Advisory firm to an IB?

I would 100% have picked big4 cf but the pay for the RX is too good. They are willing to pay me twice as much as what the B4 firm would pay me...

Thanks
