Financial Analyst Program - Wells Fargo - Background question

Hi Guys,

I wanted to know what would the interview process be for an applicant with a Political Science degree for the Wells Fargo FAP. I have a diverse background in terms of internships, but I've never worked in a bank, I'm basically into business operations/development for Non-Profit organizations. Also, I've been interviewed with other banks (Goldman, BBH) so I don't think I'll have an issue as this position seems a bit more fluid in terms of expectations.

The requirements for the position are: 1+ years work experience to include financial, credit or statistical analysis, and/or statement spreading OR a BA/BS degree.

Are these the normal requirements/qualifications? I thought these positions have already been filled nationally. Also will I be asked the typical technical questions as I'm not coming from a "traditional" financial analyst background?
